Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026
The short version
  • WARNPOINT shows open-source intelligence estimates. It is not official confirmation and not advice — verify before you act.
  • Use it lawfully. Never use it to target, track or harm anyone (see the OSINT Use Conditions).
  • Paid plans renew until you cancel. The service is provided “as is”.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of WARNPOINT — the website, live map, The Wire, country pages, alerts, AI analyst, share links, embeds and any related services (the “Service”), operated by the operator of WARNPOINT (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the OSINT Use Conditions, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. What the Service is — and is not

WARNPOINT aggregates publicly available reporting and data, and produces automated scores, classifications, forecasts, warnings and AI-generated summaries. These are estimates. They can be incomplete, delayed, misclassified or wrong, and sources can be mistaken or deliberately misleading. The Service is for general situational awareness only and is not legal, security, travel, financial, investment, medical or military advice. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting life, safety, property or money without independent verification from official sources. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the OSINT Use Conditions. In addition, you must not:

6. Content and intellectual property

7. AI features

The AI analyst and AI briefs generate text automatically from WARNPOINT's data. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and may not reflect events after its data was gathered. Do not treat it as fact or advice; check the underlying sources.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country. Feeds can fail or change without notice. We may add, change or remove features, sources or layers, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or security.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 10, 11, 12 and 14) survive.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for injury or loss arising from decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice in the Service or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
