About WARNPOINT
WARNPOINT is a real-time monitor of global conflict and instability. It reads more than 230 international news feeds, live TV channels and open-source intelligence (OSINT) channels around the clock, and turns them into one live picture: a global threat level, a 0–100 instability score for every country, located incidents on a live map, and early warnings for the crises most likely to escalate.
Who it is for
Travellers and expats checking whether a place is safe, analysts and journalists following a crisis, security and risk teams, and anyone who wants to understand what is happening in the world right now without reading fifty sources.
How it works
Every report is tagged to the countries and places it is about, classified (strike, missile, drone, protest, and so on), and weighed by the reliability of its source. Scores measure located, corroborated conflict activity — not how much a country is in the news. The methodology explains the scoring, and the editorial standards explain how sources are graded and how corrections work.
Independence
WARNPOINT is independent. It takes no government funding and no payment for coverage or placement. It is funded by its subscribers.
Limits
WARNPOINT is an open-source intelligence estimate assembled from public reporting. It is not official confirmation, and early reports in a crisis are often wrong. Verify before you act, and follow official guidance where your safety is concerned.
